We are a well-established Australian importer and distributor supplying premium products across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. With a long-standing reputation for quality and service, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our Sydney warehouse operations. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes, maintaining high standards, and ensuring stock accuracy and customer service excellence. About the Role Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the warehouse, inventory, dispatch, transport coordination and warehouse team. You will play a critical role in ensuring stock integrity, maintaining an organised and safe warehouse environment, and supporting the ongoing growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all warehouse operations, inventory and dispatch activities Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and inventory control Coordinate inbound freight, receivals and supplier deliveries Manage transport providers and freight bookings Oversee picking, packing and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and annual stocktakes Ensure warehouse systems accurately reflect physical inventory Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes and workflows Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales and Administration teams About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor Strong inventory management and stock control experience Experience managing freight, logistics and transport providers Proven ability to lead by example in a hands-on warehouse environment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Forklift licence (preferred) A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the operation Why Join Us?
